About
Move Well
Move Well is a nonprofit dedicated to injury education, recovery confidence, and long-term movement health.
We believe that understanding your injury shouldn't be confusing or intimidating. Whether you're an athlete, student, worker, or someone rebuilding strength after an accident, clear education can change the recovery journey.
Move Well creates free, easy-to-understand resources that help people heal, reduce re-injury risk, and return to the activities they love — stronger, informed, and confident.
Through digital education, community outreach, and school-based programs, we work to make recovery knowledge accessible to everyone.
